Challenge and needs
It is important to us that our supplier understands our challenges and can navigate them together with us. Since we are seasonal and weather-dependent, we need to scale up and down at the right time.
Our solution
Kartongbolaget delivers great products of good quality. You don't need to check the products before production to see that the cartons live up to expectations – you know they will work in production.
Collaboration
We have a good working relationship with sales, the office, prepress and production. If anything deviates from the norm, they get in touch and we check it together so that it is done right. Great for me as a customer!
Results
We are all working towards a good result, and I think we achieve it because Kartongbolaget is careful to check whether we need to make any adjustments or whether other improvements can be made.
